University of the Rockies Receives Notification from U.S. Department of Education Regarding On-Site Program Review

On July 25, 2012, Bridgepoint Education’s University of the Rockies received a letter from the United States Department of Education (DOE) stating that it has scheduled an on-site Program Review to begin on August 20, 2012. The on-site visit is expected to last through August 24, 2012.

The DOE’s review will assess the institution's administration of Title IV, HEA programs in which University of the Rockies participates. The review will initially cover the 2010-2011 and 2011-2012 award years, but may be expanded if appropriate.

University of the Rockies intends to cooperate fully with the DOE in this matter.
